We measure your old enclosures, tear them out and haul away the scrap. We check the alignments of the existing enclosures to ensure that the new enclosures will line up properly with sliding glass doors & shutters and look great!

Because of our exclusive extrusion profiles with internal screw bosses and heavier walls, we are in most cases able to duplicate existing post spaces and chair rail spans

- All extrusions have an anodized finish with an approximately 32 minute bath time.
- Anodized Plus carries up to a 10yr warranty.
- All “Anodized Plus®” products have a patented organic clear coat.
- Having 2” x 3” and 2” x 4” self-mating snap extrusions with internal screw bosses avoids the need for angle clips & allows greater chair-rail spans.
- Our “Anodized Plus®” extrusions have wall thicknesses ranging 20 to 25 percent thicker than conventional aluminum products.
- Because of our exclusive extrusion profiles with internal screw bosses and heavier walls, we are in most cases able to duplicate existing post spaces and chair rail spans.
- We are innovators of the elevated ¼” drainage system with bug-guard, this allows water to drain off your deck due to rain or just washing deck off for maintenance while keeping bugs out.
- All internal screws are 305 stainless steel and are coated with a special product to inhibit galvanic action between dissimilar metals for up to 10 years.
- Our extrusions have self-cleaning diamond shaped screw bosses.
- All perimeter tapcons are painted to match the color of the anodized aluminum.
- All tapcons holes have nylon grommets separating dissimilar metals.
- All tapcons are treated with one-part urethane to maintain water integrity.
- All enclosures are caulked inside and out with one-part urethane sealant.
- We have the only “Anodized Plus®” fluted extrusion door with a .063 kick plate.
Adjustable z bars have felt pile. - Our “Anodized Plus®” extrusion has a clear coat which 100% seals the pores of the metal against chloride penetration, as apposed to conventional anodizing.
